I bring to my work a unique combination of expertise with program development, administration, assessment and evaluation in US Universities and international nongovernmental organizations; training as a collective trauma and dialogue facilitator; and study of deep systems transformation.

In the United States, we now have more mass shootings than we do days in a year.  Our schools have become sites of collective trauma, and, as a nation, we are spiraling into cycles of traumatic repetition that we desperately need to transform.  I am thus particularly invested in working in the university system with Deans, Directors, and Department Chairs to bring trauma-informed practice to university programs, including developing:

• Trauma-Informed Curriculum Development and Program Design
• Trauma Informed Pedagogy
